Learning is acquiring knowledge and skills. It is the process of continuous accumulation of knowledge. Learning is a lifetime process. Learning will take its place any where. The mistakes that we commit everyday are sources of knowledge when we learn about it. Our exposure and continuous relating to our fellow will make us learn.A leader should never stop learning. If a leader stop reading then he also stop leading. He should learn about his follower. He should learn about his different duties. He should learn the needs of his group. He should learn to transform and build his group.
Everybody should learn to acquire knowledge and skills to be prepared for future duties. We should not depend on the one who lead for instruction and guidance. We should find ways to have better skills and accomplishment. We should never stop learning to be prepared for any available opportunity around.
