Leadership is Character

The character is the traits that acquired and developed through the process of learning. The character is the inner part of person, the real him. You can dress up and look like anybody you want to be, but you can never hide the real you inside when speaking and acting. Sometimes through intimate relation, the character was being transferred. The character of leader is sometimes transferred to members.
