The world is filled with people who have great and brilliant ideas. Some people put their ideas into action and develop it into more profitable ways. They find means to introduce and utilize their great ideas so that they will not only be known but to be able to contribute and make hard process into easy and convenient procedure of making things done.
Leaders must have guts to put their bright ideas into action; He must always find ways to put energy and effort into his plan of actions, though he may encounter detractors along the way, just consider them as helping factors showing and giving some possibilities of don’ts but not possible to move out and will not continue. Insist and never retreat in leading your group to accomplish good ideas, detractors will just give another idea but it would be good to continue until the desired output is done, then initiate evaluation to have view and knowledge on how to continue and develop the process.

In initiating or putting ideas into action fear is always a factor, but do not make it as your weakness, put it into strength that will balance and give way in several options and possibilities.
