Leading for Change

Change is not easy, it needs sacrifice and patience. Because change is shifting from lower to higher or vise versa, the movement and improvement is very much difficult especially if the members or concern doesn't understand the goal and process. But whatever happen you need to persevere to achieve outcome no matter what because that is part of it.You will not come out to something different without effort, because every change and development needs effort, time, and money. It is rewarding to see later on that you have achieved your goal.

In reality we don't go to any purpose without any plan, and absolutely there is always a guide or leader in any goal or purpose. We want to achieve CHANGE that is why we lead, we want DEVELOP that is why we lead, we want to IMPROVE from the old to new and better one. Because our world is in constant change process, there must be leaders who know and directed to a particular goal that will make a dream into reality for the future.
In change, anyone who will lead must be ready to face and tackle any resistance, must know the art of shifting and adapting. People need to know and see the picture in order to be convinced.Exert effort to make plans and dream into reality.
