Leadership is Association

Association is an organization of people with a common purpose. It is a group with participating members for a purpose. It is common for a group to have leader to lead and guide members. Association is getting involve and associated with members, having a close relation and ties. 
Leaders must not only know and interested to get associated with members when there are needs to be accomplished like task or contributions. The secret for having a quick response from
member is to make yourself available to them when they need you, to understand their needs and concerns, to see to it that everyone is comfortable in your organization and leadership. It is not necessary to provide their material needs, but to provide your presence and support when they are in need is a great support that you can give. Don't leave them when they need you most. Association is getting to know each other better, so that you'll discover their strength and weakness, their needs and what they can provide as material or skill. A leader must practice the talent and skill of getting associated.
