A leader must be optimistic, and always looking and focus on the bright side. Life has an ups and down road,
plain and sometimes bumpy, but a leader must look at a brighter side of it. There are times that outcome are not favorable, but it is not a good reason to stop or be discourage. The spirit of excitement must be preserve and nurtured in a leader.
We all need to be optimist. The leader and follower need it. The follower must believe to the leader. The leader must believe in himself and to what he can do and to his follower. We could do more and will achieve more with brighter thinking and perception.
