Leadership is Foresight

The ability to see and conceive the future situation and facts is a leader's trait. If you're planning to exist five, ten , or more years ahead, you must have the ability to plan and act for things that will exist for longer periods.
If you are the school administrator or president, you must have the ability to foresee the situation ahead, must know the expected number of students, teachers, staffs, and other personnel. The expected income and sources must be identified. The settings and structures of buildings and other physical facilities must be properly identified and
guaranteed that they are proper and existing for the next ten to twenty years. Every decision and action initiated requires effort and a lot of money, these are investment that need to be properly done. See to it if possible that every investment you established will be used as long term source of income for more production and output.
Leaders who has the capability to foresee are assets and power of company and organization. Let us also give them the due recognition and reward, for them to be inspired and function well. In return we could extract more from them.
